That may be because of the change of platform that was done to the forum a few months ago.
You see, we now run vBulletin type forums. Back in those dates, we didn't.
When we changed, most of the codes and bbCode used for links, quotes and images changed, so it all got a bit messy. So, its not surprising.
But perhaps its because of the new subforums that were added a few weeks ago. (General Music, Your Music, etc...)
The mods had to change the threads from the main forum to their respective subforum which means that, even though the threads are in the first page, they maybe a couple years old.
When you open a thread, look at the date of the latest post. If its more than, say, 6 months old, avoid posting in it.
Edit: Also, if you have any questions related to the forum itself, post the thread in "The Site" forum.
