Daft Punk miss out on Grammy for Best Score Soundtrack

The results for both Grammy categories with Daft Punk records nominated have been announced ahead of tonight’s award show. The list of nominees and winners can be found on the Grammy’s website.

Alexandre Desplat’s soundtrack for The King’s Speech beat Daft Punk and others to the Grammy for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media.

Desplat had two chances to win this Grammy with his soundtrack for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2 also nominated.

Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical

Photek’s remix of Daft Punk’s End of Line also lost the Grammy for┬áBest Remixed Recording, Non-Classical, which was taken by Skillrex for his remix of┬áBenny Benassi’s Cinema.
