I can't see them doing anything like this.

Same. I can't see Daft Punk making a track especially for a commercial.

i agree. what the fakers don't realise is that while some people are completely retarded and will believe anything they hear on the internet, the vast majority of us will actually realise that the music sounds nothing like daft punk and immediately know its fake. i knew that "vietnam" was fake about 3 seconds in. while some people are so stupid that they will believe "electronic funk" was a real daft punk track even though there is no record of it in daft punks discography and it was released by another artist.

It's hard to say... is is possibly some super pre-Homework stuff? I really doubt it, though. At the time, the last thing Thomas and Guy-man were thinking of was probably advertisement theme songs.

Daft Punk don't drink Rum. They drink water of holiness.

Sounds an incy bit like them. A samba remix of HAA.

    But nah.

Doesn't anyone find it ironic that there doesn't seem to be an actual Bacardi advert with this music playing on it? I've searched and couldn't find it - if that could be done finding out more info about the track would be a lot easier.

I found a forum that deals with specific questions to do with music used on TV/commercials etc - this extra info could help solve the mystery.
