So my vote goes to Electroma
I'm a huge anime fan and honestly liked Electroma more. Of course it would have been better with Daft Punk music, but the story was phenomenal and I still enjoyed it. As Thomas Bangalter stated, "We expected it to be less popular than Discovery, of course. The film is experimental and inaccessible; however, it's a movie that does not require your brain to function.". All in all, both movies are absolutely fantastic and visually great. Just it's hard to compare them since they're completely different, and Daft Punk expected different reactions from both movies anyways. Electroma just touched me more mentally and emotionally.
