Duuude, nice work. You got the proportions and details spot on.

I have one of your old casts, which I thought was terrific, but this new one really blows it out of the water! I love the details you added underneath the helmet this go around...and maybe it's just the angling, but did you make the chin part of the helmet a smidge longer? I notice the visor has more of the tilt I've seen in the actual GM helmet, than your previous one did.

either way, the new sculpt looks damn good...may have to pick up another one from you!

Hey man, the chin is a weird one. When you hold it in your hands it's way more rounded than it looks in pics. It's not actually "flat" anywhere, even though it looks it. The proportions are different to the one you have. It's narrower, which I think makes it look longer.

Fun fact, the length from the front of the ear to the chin is actually shorter than the width of the ear itself. Only slightly

You can contact me here, I'm not sure on cost yet till the visors are pulled. If anyone is interested in a cast they can PM me just to note their interest, I won't be taking any money from anyone until I have casts/visors/cones in boxes ready to go..
When I have a price I will contact those who have expressed their interest and see if they're still interested, if they're not their spot will be offered to the next person.

Re: Pedro Alohas' new GuyMan helmet, (pic heavy)

Also I wanted to show off something that I'd like to make clear about my mold. The mold has 3 small bubbles which produce 3 small marks on each cast. One on the left ear, one under the back bar and one behind the right ear. They're all very small lumps as opposed to dents that need filled. They sand off very easily with 120-240-400grit and I will remove them myself before every cast is sent out. Arguably no-one would ever notice as they're so easily removed but I wanted to make everyone aware of the fact.

Here's some pics to illustrate of an early test piece

    Removed

I'll get pics of the bubble on the ear when I do my next cast, I've removed all the bumps from the casts I have.

Also as a better idea of scale I found a pic of mine next to a Firewire

Love it, Pedro. You're actually my favorite prop maker. Always excited when you give out updates on your creations.

    Helmet looks amazing.
