i just noticed i messed up with the jaw line, the side shouldn't have that bend but one flush piece. i'm not going to change it because it's too much work to do

Looks fantastic! I would love the files. I've pretty much given up on my 3d model, so this would be great.

i'm just going to give a dropbox link, it's drawn in autodesk inventor which isn't really accessible to normal consumers but i converted it to stl so you can use any stl viewer to see it and print it although i think it'll be too hard to print.

    inventor file:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/9osgpgm775...homas.ipt?dl=0

    stl file:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/vadtg4zdkl...homas.stl?dl=0

any tips on how to improve it are always welcome

    Thanks

    edit:
I just opened the file in simplify3d to print out a scaled down helmet for my desk, but the stl appears to be missing several lines, and the upper corner of the visor housing looks like it might be missing. Any tips?

Also, is it possible to remove the ear pucks and print them separately? I want to model some RAM style ears for it.

I really appreciate the work you put into this, it looks incredible!
