Actually... (Piroteki) ? talked about a connection between Daft Punk and Gorillaz.... There is one: The lead singer of Blur is actually the lead singer of Gorillaz. But as in the Band Gorillaz he wanted to stay ingognito. So as Daft Punk.

Demon Days is indeed one of the best albums made. Only need Slow Boat to Hades to compleet my collection of CD's / DVD's but it's still expensive. Gonna check some internetsides come to think about it.

I would love to see another live performance like at that award show.. that was amazing.

I would easily pay 100$ to watch that.

Gorillaz is my favorite band, right behind daft punk.
They truly are so unique and original, I'd write so much more but I'm in a hurry!

Jean Michel Jarre or Steve Harris of Iron Maiden are considered worldwide greats.

I like a lot of Albarns stuff but most talented in the world? Thats a bit much...

jean michel jarre and maiden are revered in some places, but also treated as jokes in others.to say theyre worldwide greats is a bit of a stretch really. albarn was voted most important musician of all time by q magasine recently.not that i really respect q,but they do have an enormous audience.
