Daft Club Project : Alive Ultimate Edition

Remove this ad: become a supporter
OK, I was playing this morning and came up with something of an idea. Basically, to remix the whole Alive album and try and blend in as many tracks that weren't used originally as possible mixed in with the album.

So far I have come up with (finished tracks btw):
Oh Yeah / Technologic / Teachers
    Prime Time / Brainwasher / Rollin & Scratchin 07/ Rollin & Scratchin 97

I had to stop myself from doing anymore as I wanted to see if anyone wanted to team up on this and perhaps handle some tracks yourselves for inclusion, rather than make it a one man effort.

The basic rule is that the "new" version of a track from Alive 07 should start and finish the same as it does on the cd, to ensure they will all link up right when all put together. And whatever you add must be a Daft Punk track

So who's up for it? Otherwise, I'll have to do it myself but surely it would be more fun with more on board?

Apart fro what I have done, the tracks left to be used are (tell me if I forgot any):

    Digital Love
    Nightvision
    High Life
    Indo Silver Club
    Something About Us
    Veridis Quo
    WDPK 83.7fm
    Revolution 909
    Phoenix
    Fresh
    High Fidelity
    Make Love
    Emotion
    Assault
    and anything from Alive 97

I'm not gonna start another track until I know who wants to join in

Heres a snippet of part 2 of Technologic as an example of what I'm on about

"In the early '90s, Daft Punk performed a self-styled synthesis of acid house, funk and big beat electronica at illegal warehouse parties in France that "you had to crawl under barbed wire and run from police" to attend, as Bangalter recalled.

I definity want to do Superheros* / The New Wave* / Digital Love / Emotion Human After All* / Rock N Roll*" as the ending (not the encore). They actually did use the Revolution 909 drum beat in the encore. I like your remix by the way.

    *These will be really short.

    You forgot:
    The New Wave
    Musique
    Funk Ad
    Overture
    Arydynamite

Man. This project really died fast. I want this to continue now that we have so many DJ's, artists and remixers too. I'm going to work on my mashup for this again. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS DIE!!!
